Well,

1 2 3 A
4 5 6 B
7 8 9 C
0 D E F

to incooperate the telephone Keyboard,
but personaly I go for one of the regular
4x4 layouts like:

0 1 2 3
4 5 6 7
8 9 A B
C D E F
