Not much that I've been able to find. It's mentioned from time
to time on the Plan 9 newsgroup as in:

somebody suggest something that could be done better in Plan 9

and Bell Labs replies
Oh yeah, we did that in Brazil...

There has been some talk that they may actually build a release
of it much as they did with Plan 9, though they've suggested
that they may release it under the name Plan 9 as a new version.
