VMS 4.7 was VAXstation 3100 history (Was ... different)

I'm running 7.2 + DECNET + UCX + 2 or 3 xterms and once in a while DEC C
on a 3100/M38 with 12MB RAM. Not fast as my SPARC Ultra 5 but response
time degrades much better that on micro$haft No Technology
