It follows teletype usage, I think; CTRL-SHIFT-_at_ = CTRL-@ = NUL Probably
Woz had a use for 'NUL' rather than '_at_'.
w.r.t. "PRINT _at_", several BASICs (but not Applesoft) had "PRINT AT"
instead.
