I would check http://www.ncr.com/ and http://www.adaptec.com/ (Adaptec bought
Symbios).

If you have a Linux kernel source tree handy, there's a driver for the NCR 5380
card, I'm not sure if it's related or not:

/usr/src/linux/drivers/scsi/NCR5380.c
/usr/src/linux/drivers/scsi/NCR5380.h

If you don't have Linux but would like a look at the file, email and I'll send
it to you.
