I agree, the signal to noise ratio seems to remain about the same, with
occasional peaks, and of course dips. I personally don't see any problems,
especially when people start including 'OT:' at the beginning of the
subject when it starts to drift a bit far off topic. I'd rather have
friendly list that has some off topic messages, rather than a Totalitarian
always on topic list.
The only thing I really care about is that it's pure ASCII, without
attachments!
