Dick, this may be a long shot. I only have Expandoram III docs, but for
it the following applies:

        SW Function
         1 3 (ON - enable bank)
         2 2 Bank Enable 0-3
         3 1
         4 0
         5 Configuration ON=MP/M OFF=OASIS
         6 D1 BOARD SELECT-Board may be designated 0-3 by
                     setting switches to octal address (ON=0)
         7 D0
         8 PROM Enable (must be on)
