There are two answers:
1) it isn't, but the seller deliberately wants Altair/IMSAI searches to find the
HP 1000.
2) This HP 1000, like the Altair and (most) IMSAIs, has 16 (or more)
lights & switches on the front panel.
BTW, it isn't just the HP 1000...the same seller is listing a Nicolet with the
same misleading (or accurate, depending upon your viewpoint) comparison:
