Computers in the 'lab or machine shop' catagory are likely to be a lot more
interesting than a IMSAI or Altair. I can think of a couple in that
catagory I'd much rather have.

I think you're right, you're missing something. What does 'collector
value' have to do with this hobby? The proper assessment of an items
value is how much enjoyment you get out of it, or how useful it is to you.

As for the person listing the above. I note a couple things, one is that
it's pretty easy to tell if a computer is S-100 based. Two, is feedback
kind of sucks. Actually the guy's e-mail sounds familiar. Hasn't he
pulled simular BS on eBay before?
