The 8-position DIP switch sets Baud-rate for the 'service-processor'
Terminal port. Switches 1-4 set that value per the following table.
Switches 5-7 are unused and switch 8 is reserved for diagnostics. I find
no mention of parity or the number of bits. I would assume None and
8-bits, though.
