OT: Desperate for immediate help with Win95 IP stack

Go to network pannel and install the IP services again. If you have the
.CAB (or the disks with the CABs or the CDrom) this should be easy.

Well there is a lot of info on the MS site but it's a PITA to find.

Boot in safe mode (F6 or something like that) and from safe mode boot you
can fix or diagnose better. Sounds like the install the second time
around was hosed and you have a mucked up system.
