Did you check to see if you can still buy new ASR-33 ribbons? American
Ribbon Supply company sold me a few of those about 5-6 years ago. I
dont have their adddress, but there used to be occasional advertizements
for them in Computer Shopper. Not every month, but often enough to
find it.

I have no way of knowing if they can still supply them, but I assume
they can. that was a pretty standard ribbon type, used in old
typewriters and such.
