Goo on my Teletype print head

Well, not the 'print head' persay, but the impact pad on the hammer is/was
black rubber, and yes they did/do degrade.

Being too lazy (so far) to cut a mold to make new ones, I've found that a
decent stand-in is a round stick on rubber 'foot'. Clean the hammer
thoroughly before afixing the new 'pad' to ensure good adhesion, and check
it regularly.
