Jim:
It was a stroke of luck. A guy in Westchester County, NY contacted me
before he went with it to eOverPay.
It's a nifty item. It has a custom General Instrument LSI and a battery
backup. The commands are typical Hayes. They must be in all UPPER CASE
though. I spent over an hour last night troubleshooting the serial
connection, only to realize that everything in the manual was upper cased,
so I tried it. It works.
