IIRC, it is a TU60, and is used with a TA11 interface. Unfortunately
they are not block-addressable like DECtape.

I've got a similar problem with a a BA11 that slid out on the rails fine,
and will rotate, but I can't get it to slide back into the rack. The
right rail is catching on something, but I can't find an obvious release.
