        Here in Windsor, Ontario, we have some of the worst air in Canada. Most of
it comes from Michigan and Ohio on the westerly winds.
        To add to our fun  we have Fermi One, which almost went up, and Fermi Two,
which breaks down every month or so, just across the south end of the
Detroit River.
