I'm not sure, but I suspect that getting any kind of networking for
OS/2 V1.3 is going to be difficult. IIRC, it doesn't come with networking
support. One of these days I want to dig out the only PS/2 I've got in my
collection and see if I can get the copy of V1.3 loaded. IIRC, about the
only thing I had that would run under V1.3 was TE/2 and some ports of the
Windows Applets! (What can I say, I had a hard enough time affording OS/2
itself, IIRC.)

Warp 3 was the last version I ran, and I don't remember it having any
networking software either.
