This is an X problem. Are you running an X server? The error
message indicates that netscape can't connect to the X server
running on your workstation. Since you appear to have your
display set correctly, my first guess is that the X server
isn't running. The other possibility is that the X server
is running under a different user id. This would happen if
you su or login as another user after the server has been
started for the current session.
