DEC CR05/ Peripheral Dynamics 2022H card reader

I think this got lost in the server rearrange:

   Anybody have information on this card reader? It says DEC CR05 on the
outside but seems to be made by Peripheral Dynamics, made in 1981. I
just acquired it and would like to figure out the I/O etc.
