VAX 8600's

The 8600 was originally going to be called the VAX-11/790. The 8650 is
an improved-performance version. These are the last VAXen to use SBI
(two of them!) and the last to have PDP-11 compatability more.

They're nice machines, but big and power-hungry. And probably much harder
to fix than a 780 or 785.

It would be nice to see some of these preserved, but for my own part I'm
going to draw the line at 785s.
