Actually Imprimis was MPI and the disk group from CDC as you say.
The tape group and laser disk folks were Laser Magnetics and they
were around through the early CD days... I think they ended up
or were a joint venture of CDC with Phillips.
Anyone know?
I beliebe MPI(CDC)->IMPRIMIS->SEAGATE is correct...
