Netscape 3.x is shipped with OpenVMS 7.2 as standard browser (earlier
was Mosaic) so both should work.

I suppose there should be VMS version of Xess...

About memeory - I've 24Meg of ram and 7.2 with DECWindows works fine as
for me.
