I don't know if they still do, but back in '93 there was a building on the
WNY in DC that had a simular problem. BUT the problem was punch cards. Do
you have any idea how *bad* punch cards can smell if they draw moisoture
and start havning a mildew problem?

BINGO!!! This isn't the article I'd read before, but the one I'd read was
on the NML web site (which appears to no longer exist sadly). However,
this one contains a lot of info the other didn't. Thank You!
