Argh! TZ30 Question - Part 2

Well, I got the tape out, and as far as I can tell the problem was an
impossibility! The tape had gotten twisted/looped around an messed up.
I've no clue as to how it could even happen!

I just pulled the four top screws and carefully removed the circuit board,
saw what the problem was, manually ejected the tape, and then turned the
tape around till I got the twists out of it (about a dozen turns?!?!!?).
Then put the tape back in and told the drive to unload it. It did.
