Hi
If you don't find anything, one can always write
their own low level code and use the CP/M from the
web. I did this on a machine that didn't have one of
the nice controller chips ( it had a TTL state machine
controller ). With other examples, it should be that
hard to do. It takes a little time but you'll have
more pride in the finish product.
