PDP-11/23 PLUS commercial instruction set (CIS)

Hello. Anybody knows of somebody that could sell or obtain
the two CIS (commercial instruction set) chips
for one PDP-11/23 PLUS ? I have the Floating Point option installed
and I'd like to has this option too.
