I don't care for MTV, and I share your opinion of it.

You still don't get it. Demos have no marketing relevance whatsoever. They're
done just for the fun of it, and the prestige. They don't fulfill any needs
and don't claim to do it. I don't even see why I'm trying to explain to you,
you don't even seem to read what I write.

The generations of programmers who really rose to marketing needs were the
ones before the microcomputing boom. They really had no choice. The younger
generations could do it at home for the fun of it.
