OT: TV Tuner / demodulator

Pick up the next VCR you see on the side of the road on
garbage day. The mechanism may be broken, but the tuner
probably still works. For a while there, everyone was
throwing out their Primestar dish and decoder, and
those had an easily separable TV tuner and RF modulator.
