Well the dosage is right for the area south of Lousy-ville that I live in
but homemade (or barn made) drinks are the norm, and are generally more
potent.

I get wild turkeys out here every year but prep them the same as I would a
Butt-ball and they are fine. Deep frying does make them tough as you noted.
