Wisconin (sic) area collectors wanted for media story

As far as I know nobody really leaves there aside from Some kind of Packer
fan lifeform with very weird social behaviour. And in this season they are
all buried under several foot of snow. She'll have to wait for spring (end
of may?) for the great thaw and maybe she'll be able to find some peddler to
talk to.
I guess she's being picky because she dosen't want to have to translate in
their dialect.
