First of all, is it terminated? We had a really serious drive crash last week
since I had removed some devices on the SCSI chain and the termination along
with it.

Secondly, the A3000 NVRAM actually contains some SCSI settings in addition to
the normal clock/calendar. It may be set with several programs on the Aminet.

Secondly, no, make that thirdly, try to lower the MaxTransfer setting for each
partition in HDToolBox. This should even be the first solution.
