OT stories about phone phreaking

Yeah-

I discontinued caller ID, call waiting, etc, back
in December. They wwere pretty quicky about turning
them off. However, they haven't yet billing know
about it...

We do it to them, it's stealing... they do it to us,
it's " a mistake".
