MS-DOS version (was: What's best to do?? classically speaking

Some of the programs show 100 when listing files created in 2000
(MS Win3.1.x file manager did this until they put the y2k patched one
out on their download site.

I think the dos shell did the same thing. Not sure if the dir in
command.com had the same problem.

There are other problems with other programs.
IBM has on-line APARS for their stuff which goes into the ones for PCDOS
and OS/2.

Microsoft's a bit harder to get docs on what each bug does.
