Netbooting Apollo Domain [34]x00

I would guess that they used a very special network packet type -- not
IP. Since Domain was before Apollo was bought out by HP, it won't know HP
boot sequences.

I can dig out the command sequence, but I doubt that that will get you want
you need. As I recall, it went something like:

> <cr> (just in case)
> DI N
> EX program-to-load
