     Ha! You're assuming that they can read and write in English. MANY of
them can't. A lot of them can't read or write ANY in any language. As far
as I'm concerned, if they can't figure out how to use a voting machine then
they have no business voting and their vote shouldn't count anyway.

       Frustrated Florida taxpayer that will have to help pay for all those
new voting machines,
