I don't know, my "quick search online" turned up the following
information:

Older ISA-based ZDS boxes: ctrl-alt-ins when blinking cursor appears in
top left corner of screen. ( http://www.cr-il.com/cmos.htm )

For Z286, firmware setup accessed by rebooting with ctrl-alt-ins instead
of ctrl-alt-del and typing "SETUP" at the prompt.

It's even corroborated in the list archives at classiccmp.org. furrfu.

There is information in Google Groups on how to defeat the password
protection on the CMOS, too, if you should find yourself in that
situation.

The internet is a big place. Don't give up so easily. Most often if you
don't find results, your search terms need refining.
