IBM ROM BASIC or lack thereof

        Just checked the Win98 install I have on Virtual PC and
there's not a BASIC interpreter included that I can find. There's
not one included with PC-DOS 7.0/PC-DOS 2000 either, though QBAISC is
included with NT 4.0. I've found that the PowerBASIC compiler works
great under all versions of DOS and Windows though. I've been using
it for over 10 years now after switching to it from TurboBasic.
