IBM ROM BASIC or lack thereof

I agree entirely, but I suspect the reason it is not done is that there
are so few people capable of using such a tool. A sad commentary I think.

My argument would be, put inthe tool and perhaps it will trigger a few
curious folk into learing how to use it. Which could only be a good thing.
