I do have a copy of the DECsystem-10 LINK-10 Programmer's Reference Manual
dated July 1974. I just went to find it and inside on separate sheets were
notes I was making regarding the format of .REL files (for reasons I no
longer remember).

OK, the issue is how do I scan this. I can probably borrow a flat bed
scanner to attach to a "modern" PC. What format is considered the best? I
need to know file format and scanning dpi. Scanning will take a while but I
might try a chapter a day....
