We consider a PC incomplete, unless it has at least one or more
SCSI controllers in it, often there for primarily external device
usage. The original Plug and Play? Another good name in SCSI
Controllers for use in modern PCI based systems is the BusLogic
ones ( bought out by Mylex or related to them in some fashion ).
They are at least as sweet as Adaptecs.
