RD54 and RT-11 5.4D

It it was working before all you need to do is INIT the disk to establish
an RT file system. The problem is RT11 doesnt like 160mb as it wants
not more than 32mb per logical or physical drive.

Me I keep a bunch of quantum D540s (31mb) for that use.
