Speaking of scanners with sheetfeeders, I picked up an HP Network ScanJet
5 a while ago that I am about to put into service (hopefully, I don't know
if it works yet; also, as an aside, it is labeled as an evaluation unit
from HP).
Does anyone have any experience with these? How do they work? Well?
Poorly? Fast? Slow? Is the OCR any good?
I think I made need to repair the cable that connects from the control
panel to the main unit. It looks like one of the wires may have been
severed.
