  Disassemble them and stick all the boards in the dishwasher!

  Seriously, I think opening them up and removing drives, adapter
boards and anything that might trap water would be the first step. With
that many machines, it might be well to label parts as you go....
  After everything is dried, you can see what else you may need to do.
