Office Max events

Businesses are like that all over, not just Office Max. I once asked
one of their people about a laplink cable and they had absolutely NO
idea what I was talking about.

Everybody takes the Wal-Mart approach to retailing . . the customer
should know what he's getting, and offer no advice or suggestions. And
never make promises you can't keep.

You can raise a stink about that, but they really don't care, as long as
the dollars keep flowing, and they will with or without your patronage.
