No, but you _can_ build your own. The 1802 is not an impossible chip
to find. For the original Elf, the TIL311 displays are available in
a few places, but still pricey. You don't have to use them, but they
are nice. Nothing else in the Elf is hard to find (4011, 4013, 4066, etc.)
