Presuming your question is not sarcastic (didn't see any smileys),
Big Blue was known as that a long time before the PeeCee. It
was their practice of reassigning people from facility to facility
enough to be intrusive. I don't have numbers, but I have heard
stories from folks about working in multiple cities over their
careers.
