"Deck" at employers both west coast and east.

When more respect was called for:
 "Digital" would be used much more than "D. E. C.".

FYI the original company logo was 'dec', but was forced to
be digital after a trademark crossup with Dairy Equipment
Company or somesuch, but not until after the logo made it
onto some products.
