Don't feel bad ... the real idiots are the beancounter marketers at
HP ... they're the ones that decided not to bundle the battery into
every HP 9000 of that series. The *HP 3000* of the same series all
came with a battery, of course :)

partsurfer.hp.com says the battery is $37.
For more fun, with MSIE and text size (View : Text Size) set to "Larger",
look at the partsurfer.hp.com home page ... text on the right gets written
on top of the input fields.
