Congrats on the new baby. I lusted after a cube for several years and
got my first last summer. Now, I'm awaiting the arrival of my fourth
one. I've never checked my serials but, cube 1 is a real "cube" not a
converted "computer" with a floppy drive, dual SCSI cable and no OD.
Cube 2 is converted from an '030 to '040 with the later power supply
and tower, dual OD faceplate, dual SCSI cable, a working OD, no floppy.
Cube 3 is an original '030, but with the later power supply, single
SCSI cable, dual OD faceplate, a dead OD and no floppy. Cubes
1 and 2 have Dimension boards. I'll have to see what UPS brings me next
week as to the specs of cube 4. I bought it with the understanding it
might be a turbo. I'll keep my fingers crossed. All of my hard drives
in all three cubes have been replaced with newer larger drives.

Maybe the same will hold true about the BeBox. Once my first one gets
here next week, maybe more will follow it home?
