Yes, it is the lister, but I was talking about another clueless
eBay listing, which implies the lister.
It is clueless because the person listing the item has no
idea what they are listing, and rather than just giving
the part numbers and letting the bidders look up the
information they post completely wrong information.
If people would spend just a couple of minutes searching the
net they could avoid this problem.
